Borup (978), Albertslund, Denmark Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Reddish brown with a creamy head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, spice and fruit. metsbcd (72), Connecticut, USA Jul 2, 2008 It was ok. The smell had me a bit worried, as it smelled sickly sweet and of lots of molases. Luckily it didn’t actually taste like its aroma. Overrated beer. azlondon (454), Greater London, England Jun 30, 2008 Appearance: Redish brown. Nice amount of head.
Aroma: Fruity, orangy. Vinous.
Taste: Vinous, malty but fresh. Dry, bitter aftertaste.

A real pleasure to behold. I do prefer to drink this out of a proper pint glass. drfabulous (617), Columbia, Missouri, USA Jun 17, 2008 I may have to take back my lack of love for English beers. This is a nice English strong ale/old ale style. Really creamy. Malty. Good one.
