robinvboyer (949), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jun 14, 2008 amber/orange pour, small white head that didnt last very long. I keep smelling this, and i’m not geting anything......its basicly like pale malt, and maybe some hops, but really there isnt much here. Flavour though is nice. I’m getting quite a bit of english hops, some nice goldings, and maybe some fuggles. A nice bitter finish, with some good citrus from the hops. Not bad. Chevboy (37), Millgrove, Ontario, Canada Mar 22, 2008 orange/yellow in colour. White lingering head. Malty and hoppy in a refreshing way. I enjoyed it. ILduce (82), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 24, 2008 Updated: Mar 15, 2008Bottle: Light hazy orange colour with not much head. Slight malty/hoppy aroma along with grain and bread. Tastes cerealic and watery. Good fire-extinguishing properties. probstk (622), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Nov 19, 2007 341 ml bottle in a 6-pack from LCBO, served almost cold in a tulip.
App.: Medium golden, remnants of a white head.
Aroma: Grain, cereal and cat food; there is a little citrusy hops trying desperately to poke through.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Cereal and grain, a bit of bread, hints of citrusy hops; thankfully no cat food (though it does help maintain a shiny coat).
Another unfortunate example of a micro that doesn’t have to balls to stand out. Good luck fighting for the scraps from the macro table. Cartoon_khaki (1105), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Oct 7, 2007 Pale yellow with white head that lingers around for a bit. Aroma is dusty with light hints of malt. Flavour is a creamy grassy malt. Light bitters on the back of the tounge. Somewhat watery body.
