Amber in color, generous beige head and nice lace. Malt dominates the nose, citrusy and somewhat sweet. Begins malt sweet, the middle is light, ends with an astringent bite, dry, lightly hopped, a quite drinkable bee

Delicious, especially for a Tripel which is normally a bit too strong for my tastes. Nice fresh flavors with yeast and some wheat backbone. Some floral (or is it fruit?) notes as well but not overwhelming at all. Good balance.

Amber with an average frothy head. Flavour is toffee, raisins, spicy, butter-old cellar like. Medium sweet with a dry and bitter and woody astringent alcoholic lingering finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily. Complex but rough.
