mjg74 (1697), La Mesa, California, USA Jan 4, 2008 Bottle from BevMo. Dark golden in color upon pouring. A bit of sediment floating around in the bottle. Fairly grainy aroma with a little bit of peach seltzer water. Bitter grainy flavors with a little bit of peachiness. Decent fruit beer. ABUSEDGOAT (1789), California, USA Dec 12, 2007 Hazy golden, fairly large head, decent lacing and retention. Aroma is very peach dominated, sweet and lightly tart. Pale malts, almost no hops. Simple and straightforward, but good flavors and enjoyable. ajm (211), USA Dec 8, 2007 A terrible color for a peach beer to have: pale, underripe as it were. The finish is simply watery. Four Peaks Arizona Peach is pretty superior, and even that isn’t a life-changing beer. 1FastSTi (2272), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA Oct 17, 2007 Thanks to Jason for sharing. The beer pours to a hazy plasticized yellow body with a fizzy white head that lasts. The aroma is very nicely peach up front. In fact, I quite enjoy the nice peach aromas that emanate from the glass. But, once it’s been sitting awhile, I get some sort of stale alfalfa hop in my nose. That put it off for me. If you’d remove that, this aroma is fantastic. The flavor is peaches with a stale pale malt and old hops. Perhaps this bottle is simply past it’s prime? The palate is average with a slick texture. I honestly think this would be a mid 3’s beer if it were fresh and on tap. MIBRomeo (1801), Wisconsin, USA Oct 16, 2007 Thanks to Jason for sharing.
Golden pour w/ some light hints of orange and a tall fluffy white head w/ great lacing. Smells hugely of peach extract fake peach stuff hints of apricot as well.. super super sweet although not bad. Slightly thin palate w/ out much to it, to thin. Flavor was mellow mostly just peaches w/ a hint of raw grains. Not good, but not bad.
