Tmoney99 (3272), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Oct 8, 2007 Draft sample at Back Road Fall Fest 2007. Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Heavy sour citrus hoppy and small alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture. Medium bittersweet caramel flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Better than my expectations. mdm46410 (439), Griffith, Indiana, USA Sep 30, 2007 On tap at the Backroad Fall Fest, and served in a shaker. This beer poured a clear orangish copper color with a good sized beige head that faded away very slow. Some good lacing was left around the glass. The aroma was made up of grapefruit, pineapple, orange, and some light caramel. The flavor remained true with a light underlying bready malt note. The mouthfeel was sticky and full-bodied with light carbonation. A pretty decent brew from Mishawaka. One of their best. kp (5800), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/21/2007

MI2CA (999), Noblesville, Indiana, USA Jul 23, 2007 Sample at Indiana Microbrewers Festival - Aroma of strong earthy and citrus hops and a nice malt back. Pours transparent dark yellow with a small head. Flavor matches aroma with the hops striking first only to be overwhelmed by the strong malt presence that dominates this intense brew. Palate is very sticky. It isn’t often the malts can compete, let alone dominate an IIPA. This is still a tasty brew. hopscotch (4211), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Sep 15, 2006 Bottle... Almost clear, amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Good retention. Fruity aroma provides notes of pineapple, caramel, grapefruit and pine. Fruity, sticky-sweet flavor. Huge, chewy malt backbone that the 100 IBU hops just can’t cut into. Leans way too far onto the sweet side of balance; cloyingly sweet as it warms. Full-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. Bitter-sweet finish. Bottle courtesy of BBB63. Thanks Mike!
