michael-pollack (1204), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 6, 2008 Draught: Aroma of floral hops and generic fruit. Poured golden in color with a small white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Very sparkling. Fair lacing. Medium sweet flavor. Tastes of floral hops, butter, bitter hops, wheat, grains, lemon, and a hint of citrus. Medium body. Very slightly sticky texture. Average to lively carbonation. Sweet hoppy finish. MrBunn (711), Western, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 28, 2008 Bottle releases a cloudy gold colored liquid that supports a bit of a white head. Aromas are grassy, sweet and have a bit of tropical fruit. Still, they are pretty subtle. Flavor is a kind of mishmash of the above aromas with a touch of a piney hops presence. zebracakes (918), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 31, 2007 12 oz. bottle purchased from D’s Six Pax. Pours hazy orangish yellow, thin white head. Aroma is spicy, ginger, papaya, wheat, malt, Flavor is grass, bitter hops, dull dried fruit, wheat. The aroma is better than the taste. JAF737300 (733), New York, New York, USA Aug 3, 2007 POurs blond with a medium head. The notes of tropical fruit show nicely and then drop into a more light malt and clean crisp notes. The finish is quite refreshing. DocLock (3911), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 24, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s. Hazy canary dark straw color, with 2-finger off-white head. Aroma of heavy tropical fruit, hops, citrus, bready pale malt, apricot. Tastes pale malty, with some hopcitrus notes and a dry apricotty fruit presence, and some tangerine as it warmed. The taste was a minor letdown after the aroma, but this is one I’d definitely buy again.
