Jun 16, 2008 Nicely balanced between resiny, piney hops and some biscuity malt. Caramel flavours became more apparent as the beer warmed, and it finished dry with crisp carbonation that wiped the palate clean.

Jun 16, 2008 341 ml stubbie from the LCBO. pours dark orange with a small off white head. aromas are hops and caramel malts. flavours are similar but a bit thin. improved as it warmed. an average IPA by my books.

Jun 15, 2008 In the stubby bottle at Smokeless Joe’s in Toronto. Has a real orange and chocolate nose. Pours dark amber with a thin, big-bubbled white head. This has a great benchmark IPA flavor- a strong and long on the tongue bitter bite. The bitternesss lasts long after the last swallow. Really good.

I tried this beer on May 26, 2008 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent reddish-brown colour with a thin white head, that was bubbly. The aroma was malty with some caramel and spicy hints, with a slight hoppy hint. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonationn, and a dry bitter finish. The flavour was full of citrusy and grapefruity hoppiness, with a little malty tinge. A very good beer, although I would have liked more of a hoppy aroma.
