sneagrams3 (1224), St. Louis, Missouri, USA Apr 16, 2008 Tasted 4/15/08. 12oz Greenie. Filtered with a pale golden hue. Sparse off-white head. Light toasty and grainy aromas. Light bodied with mild effervescence. Odd sweetness. Tangy with a short lived finish. Nothing much. patricks110 (50), Alberta, Canada Mar 27, 2008 Good Canadian pilsner. Nice light hoppy flavour. Hard to find in Western Canada. Illuminatus (76), Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Mar 25, 2008 Your average run of the mill smallbrew pilsner. Nothing special. Better than most macros, but not by much. ILduce (72), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 25, 2008 Updated: May 1, 2008341ml bottle: Brilliant golden colour under a thin diminishing head...lively carbonation. Hoppy nose with some floral and citrus accents. Faint malt flavour with some grain and veggies. Sweet metallic body with light bitterness and a dry end. yalnikim (599), Wellington, New Zealand Mar 24, 2008 Tasted 24/03/2008. Pale yellow gold. Brilliant, lambent. Tight white head releases a sweet grainy malt aroma with a hint of dms and a background of slightly spicy floral hops. Sweet grainy malt in the mouth, with low-medium very clean spicy herbal hop flavour and a medium bitterness. Perfect carbonation and in surprisingly good condition considering it came to Wellington via Christchurch (and who knows where else). Slightly sweet over all, if I had to be picky, but a pretty well-balanced drop. Very nice simple appetite whetting drop. Off to Wilco now...
