May 5, 2008 Pours golden yellow, with pillowy white head that dissipates pretty fast. Aroma is bready, grainy malts, very very small hop presence. Flavor is grainy malts, with a harsh aftertaste. Body is crisp and relatively light.

Apr 20, 2008 Beer pours golden yellow with nice pillowy head and good lacing. Almost no aroma, and I was sniffing HARD. Nice crisp, clean malty sweet flavor...but not overly sweet. Easy drinking and enjoyable. Just what this style should be.

Apr 9, 2008 Good, not great. This is a absent of aroma for the most, some hops, but minor. Appearance is clear yellow, with some nice head. Flavor is clean malt/hop. About a 5 of 10. Ok, more of an issue with the style than the beer, but it’s nice.
