thenick (471), North Bellmore, New York, USA May 4, 2008 Tap @ Blind Tiger. Pours a slightly-cloudy golden color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is malt with saaz haps and a slight citric characteristic. Taste is the same, remaining crisp, smooth, and drinkable throughout. Very solid pils beer. vyvvy (1512), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA May 1, 2008 On tap at Blind Tiger in NYC. This one a most pleasant surprise. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. The aroma has pale pils malt, a touch of lemon and a full and rich aspect not seen in most pils. Smells delicious. Medium body that is crisp but and a nice fullness as well with nice soft gentle carbonation. The flavor starts with a full pils malt and some biting hop bitterness. The finish is very clean. Fantastic beer. JorisPPattyn (4150), Antwerpen, Belgium Apr 23, 2008 Full name Braumeister Tettnanger Pils. Above marks for the Tettnanger. For the Select, see underneath. They’re not the same. Huge white head, golden beer. Very malty nose - dry, clean malts and nothing else. Bitterish taste, going over in very grainy flavours. Light bodied. Very clean, but just not overly enjoyable.
Braumeister Select Pils Yellow gold, little head. Grainy nose, very dry. Grain again, but with a certain corn-like sweetness, and a slightly metallic tang. Perfumey finish as from "violettes". Dry, nearly astringent and nearly dry-out effect. I’d rather brew 1 good one, than 3 dubious.

"Select Pils" - Pours with a pale Golden Body topped by a thin, white head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet with a hayey hop note and a nice Malty balance. Light bodied and smooth. 7,3,7,3,14
"Tetanger Pils" - Pours with a pale golden body topped by a thin, white head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet yet bitter adn peppery from the hops. Light bodied, dry and a touch warming. 7,3,6,3,13
PilsnerPeter (1169), Flushing, New York, USA Apr 2, 2008 Tap at Barcade: Golden pour with a slight haze and a thin white head. Nose has a ton of saaz, along with earthy lemon peel and a bisquity malt hint. A bit overly carbonated, in my humble opinion. Lots of earthy saaz in the flavor. The bisquity malt character holds the body well, but the peppery saaz dominate with a nice bitterness. Decent, but highly drinkable.
