It pours a cloudier look when it is a little more shook up that I think looks more appealing. The aroma is a whole lot of good things put together all up in it. You got a little citrus along with hella floral hoops with a few notes of caramel. And hops, hops, hops, hops. The taste you actually don’t get hop overkill, which is a good call by all means. Perfect amount and perfect taste. Got a lot of bitterness and tiny bits of sweetness thrown into it. Palate is wonderfully smooth... exact right amount of carbonation and a nice medium body. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is wrong with this beer. Mora2000 (78), Dallas, Texas, USA

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with a large white head, which stays around throughout the drinking process. The aroma is lots of citrus with both orange and apricot notes. You also get some floral and pine aromas. The flavor is relatively bitter with a strong orange/citrus aftertaste. Very tasty. Thin-medium mouthfeel and lots of carbonation. A great IPA that lives up to the hype. strongpieman (6), USA does not count | 4.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Jan 3, 2010 Near perfect IPA; Strong but not over the top; excellent aroma, taste and finish. This beer is extremely fruity and balanced. I felt like I was drinking the air in a mexican fruit market. Beautiful beer but....what is with the label? Hemmingway symbolism or what? May I suggest... a big castle, surrounded by knights and giant hops growing out of the mote with the "lady of the beer" somewhere in there. It’s time to display a great American beer with some round table honor! Alright I’m done. JoeTheYounger (304), California, USA

Aroma was very floral and fruity. Taste was malty and hoppy, very well balanced. Pallet was low to medium. andyhwcinc (59), Illinois, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 31, 2009 Enjoyed in a glass from a 1.32 gallon corny. Aroma is of a hop garden, if Bell’s came out with Two Hearted perfume I would gladly wear it. Copper color with a thick white head that clings to the glass. Very soothing taste that’s mainly hoppy but contains a toasty/caramel malt finish. The most soothing IPA out there, I’m happy to live in the midwest where Two Hearted and Three Floyd’s Alpha King are readily available. jfm (1695), Holbæk, Denmark
