COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of a traditional Berlinerweisse, with an additional fruiting of Apricot and Kiwi. This bright summer beer is very effervescent and tart.

Pours semi-clear pale golden yellow with small head. Nose is big dank fruity kiwi, some apricot, apple, little bit of acidity. Taste is crisp tart juicy kiwi, apricot is more in the backgroud, balanced malt holds up the well-rounded tartness. Finish is kiwi juice for days, balanced tart, just enough lacto twang, subtle earthy grain, and super tasty! Loved this.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2014 Growler: Thanks, Jeff! Pale pear body, completely opaque and hazed out with a frail & fizzy white head that is gone within a few moments of the pour. Aroma is so enigmatic; notable must, heavy citrus zest, lemon peels & flesh, brash hint of kiwi, mild apricot that builds over time, a touch of peach. Plenty of apparent yogurt & lactic sourness and acidity with a heavy funk all throughout. Taste begins with plenty of lacto tartness, sweet & tart apricots, light kiwi tartness, woodsy must, cheesy popcorn funk, and mild, mildew-y sweat socks. Sounds gross but it works like a charm. Acidic, lactic, grainy, fruity, pleasantly sour. Great fruited Berliner.

(Bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold, fine white bubbles that last. Nose of lime, strawberry, lemon, fresh fruit juice, lacto, quite tart. Taste of limeade, lemon, wheat, lacto, citrus zest, fresh and refreshing. An excellent Berliner.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this growler. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is full of peaches and wheat. The flavor is a bit more complex. I get a lot of peach and lemon notes as well as some wheat and lactic tartness. Thin mouthfeel and low carbonation.

Growler: The aroma consists of sour lemon, light kiwi, must, and faint cereal notes. It pours a transparent grayish-yellow with a two finger white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of apricot. The finish has moderate-heavy sour lemon, must, and a hint of kiwi.

Pours a hazy peachy pale yellow with two fingers of fizzy foam. The nose is light with touches of apricot, lemon, and cheerios. HOLY FUCK ! The mouthfeel is sprizty on the front end and round on the back. Flavors are extremely refreshing and balanced. Great lemon yogurt tartness on the front that rolls into a fruity midpalate that has added complexity of young apricot flesh and traces of kiwi. The finish draws the tartness into a round cheerio malt that eases out the finish beautifully. Unflawed beer from beginning to end ! I repeat HOLY FUCK !

Insanely cloudy citrus yellow nice white lacing Smells amazing. Holy hell. Kiwi bomb with a hint of tartness, floral and wheat Taste is a hearty wheat dryness with a very tart almost soothing bitterness. Citrus and fruity bomb from start to finish but not syrupy. Incredibly refined! Dave, you’re a magician
