Cartoonkhaki (1139), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Oct 18, 2007 Very pale yellow body with soap like foam on top of it. Musty attic aroma. Wine like flavour with a little bread and butter mixed in with water. Highly carbonated watery body. mabel (2208), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 14, 2007 [499-20070810] Sample @ TFOB (Toronto, ON). Floral wheat and yeast aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Juniper and grape wheat flavour has more floral notes. Light body is bubbly on the tongue. Like a carbonated soda. MrManning (1550), London, Ontario, Canada Jun 9, 2006 Bottle- Thanks to "S" for this bottle- Pours very pale transparent yellow with a loud and short lived white foam. Aromas are mild in every sense. Wet paper, corn....stale skunked hops? Very watered down wet cardboard, peppery, seltzer. Urgh, why is this evern made? FInish is spritzy. No one has any business even drinking beer if they are worried about "carbs" so why this is even made is beyond me. Thanks again "S". pintbypint (954), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Dec 23, 2005 341ml clear bottle. Pale gold colour, Noisy head, fast vanishing. Minerally dryish aroma, faint grains. Flavour again contains minearl notes, carboardy malt, watery throughout, slight dryness in finish. Rather flat taste overall. tiggmtl (4274), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nov 23, 2005 Mild grainy aroma is basically inoffensive. Clear, very pale gold with low white head that recedes to slight ring. Very grainy with fair bitterness. Light body with watery texture and strong carbonation. Clear bottle (Provigo, May-05). ClarkVV (3578), Allston, Massachusetts, USA Nov 14, 2005 Updated: Nov 15, 2005Bottle sampled with tiggmtl, Olivier and Muzzlehatch on 11/5/05. Another laughable pour revealing very little color, just a slight, slight pale yellow, with plenty of fizz and an immediately disappearing touch of white bubbles. Smells of seltzer water, powdered chalk, light salt and just a faint touch of corn syrup. Flavor really takes the seltzer water aspect and runs with it. Obnoxiously bubbly liquid with a pinch of salt, a touch of dry cardboard on end, and a hint of powdered corn. Very overcarbonated. Not really a body of which to speak. It would be something like extra-extra-light. No alcohol or hops. Very close to seltzer water, seriously. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA Nov 7, 2005 341 ml bottle "enjoyed" with tiggmtl, ClarkVV and Olivier MTL. Totally clear light yellow with no head...light creamed corn in the nose, little else...carbonated water and weak stale grains in the body, little sweetness. Yum. Boutip (2166), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Jul 5, 2005 Bottle: Poured a very light yellow color ale?, lager? Without any head and very low carbonation. Aroma is totally non-existent, reminiscent of water at best. Taste can only be described as lightly flavoured water. No hops, very little malt and no taste. If you haven’t figured out yet, I didn’t appreciate this beer at all.
