Our flagship beer. The Celtic Ale is the first beer we released as a company, and it’s still one of our favorites. This beer is old-school traditional Irish ale; this is not designed to be an Irish Red. We brew it just how beer was produced 400 years ago.
Like Long Island, Ireland is an island, too, where exotic ingredients weren’t always readily available — so brewers used ingredients that they could get locally. Our Celtic Ale is brewed with four different malts, flaked oats, and honey, it has a smooth , dry finish with a low bitterness from Willamette hops.
