Originally brewed by Morrells of Oxford; contract brewed at Thomas Hardy’s when Refresh bought the rights to the brand after the Oxford brewery closed. Marston’s bought up Refresh in 2008, and in 2010 a modern hoppy 4% beer using the same brand name was brewed by Marston’s Banks’s brewery for the JDW Spring festival.
