Limited Release. 100% Scottish Maris Otter malt was used in the brewing. The combination of the scottish malts and slow aging process produces a unique brew as distinctive as single malt whiskey with a subtly different taste than any other beer. Look for a sweet malty taste with a backround of floral notes from english fuggle hops. To not be confused with the Scotch Ale that Saranac sells.
