A portion of each batch of Pittock is held for extended aging to be blended back into future batches. O.G. 1.085/ 8.5% abv/ Mt. Hood, Willamette, and East Kent Goldings hops/ Nine different malts and rolled oats/ hybrid fermentation (ale yeast, lager temperatures).
