Red Racer Pilsner is brewed in the classic Bavarian tradition, using only the finest two-row barley, and hops from the Hallertau region of Germany. This light and golden Pilsner has a distinct hop aroma and flavour, with a dry, crisp finish.

Hops – Perle and Hallertauer Tradition [Old description: On draught at the 2009 Great Canadian Beer Festival - We have brewed this beer as a special treat, with the almost unheard of "Floor-malted Czech Pilsner malt", and all Saaz hops. This beer has been lagered for 12 weeks with the utmost care and attention. Truly a classic style that should not be missed.]
