This is a one-of-a kind beer brewed for the “cool” months of the Southern California winter. We blend together locally harvested spruce tips from Angelus Oaks, maple syrup from Wisconsin and cinnamon from Saigon in just the perfect amounts to complement each other. The base beer has a nice rich flavor of malt and caramel which combines with the spices for a very well balanced and delicious beer. Additional Information: This beer was first produced in December of 2009 and the response was so good that we’ve decided to brew it each winter!
