Description:
A Belgian abbey-style amber ale with good malt structure, faint undertones of chocolate and a beautiful copper amber hue. This new batch will clock in with moderately strong alcohol and low bitterness levels. Brewmaster Dave suggests pairing it with our burger, moules-frites (mussels and fries), and sausage plate, as well as our fish du jour. Gold Medal Winner!
Originally 6.8% abv, but slowly tweaked up to 8% abv. [With that move it has also switched styles from Belgian Ale to Belgian Strong Ale ]
