Our "Hi-Fi Rye" is brewed with almost 60% malted rye to give this beer a very rich and intense maltiness. The American hop varieties used impart complex citric, spicy, earthy notes, and combine to amplify the rye character. The tradition of the barley wine-style ale is carried out with this ode in rye.
