Bayern Brewing is releasing a special new brew for summer: Dump Truck Summer Bock. When owner, President and Master Brewer, Jürgen Knöller, was working on the recipe for Bayern’s newest beer style, the summertime experience he had on a Bayern company raft trip guided by friends Wayne and Gia Fairchild from “Lewis & Clark Trail Adventures” came to mind. Since this light, bock style lager was going to have a higher alcohol content (over 6% ABV), overindulgence may produce undesired results – like flipping your raft on a Class VI rapid.
