Our tribute to the Southern tradition of an RC Cola and a MoonPie. We brew Working Manís Lunch beer with biscuity malts, vanilla, and chocolate nibs from Raleighís own Escazu Artisan Chocolates. We then get a little zany and brew with a German Weizen (Weihenstephan) yeast strain to lighten the beer up and impart estery banana and clove notes. The dark beer for íround the year!
