Iron Hill West Chester Farmhouse ale brewed with pumpkin, pumpkin spice, molasses, and ginger. Farmhouse ales were Belgian farm provision beers made with whatever ingredients were at hand. We’d like to think that if Colonial farm breweries had Belgian yeast this is a beer they might have brewed.
