Description:
Barrel Aged version with Brettanomyces Wild Yeast added to the barrel. Base Beer: This is a Belgian styled amber ale that has a deeply complex flavor not unlike a rare wine. The flavor is produced by blending Belgian yeast strains, Scottish malted barley, dark Belgian candy sugar, German hops and coriander to create a warming spicy tripel.
