Bittering hops Sladek. As late hops Chinook, Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo.
Aged in barrels: Barolo with Brettanomyces.
Made with Belgian, English and American topfermenting yeast. Belgian and English malts.
Bottle conditioned with the original yeast.
