Baltic Porter aged in French Oak that did three turns of Cab Sauv from a well known California winery in Napa Valley. Barrels were somewhat neutral so French Oak Heavy Toast spirals added to barrels about 4 months and remained till barrels were emptied. Spirals soaked in Cab Sauv for 48 hours before being placed in barrels.
First in a series of wine barrel experiments for FiftyFifty.
