A collaborative effort between Brian and Sous Chef Josh Evans of íJamesí in Philadelphia, headed by Chef Jim Burke. Designed to commemorate a special pairing meal between James & Stillwater Artisanal in the Spring of 2011. A light farmhouse base with clean citrus esters, accented with locally sourced cardamon leaves, basil blossoms, and fresh yuzu. Only 48x 750ml bottles produced.
