Our Summerset Saison Ale is made with traditional Saison grains of barley malt, spelt, and raw oats. We added Citra hops to both the kettle and during fermentation-along with complex rustic farmhouse yeast-giving a summer punch bowl of refreshing hoppiness. Enjoy this modern take of a classic artisan ale.
