Description:
Chaparral is a pale golden, farmhouse-style ale made with local sage honey. The Belgian/French Saison yeast yields a delicate haze, and banana and spice esters permeate the dense white head. A light body, mild tartness from the malt, and balanced hop character add complexity and mask its high alcohol. A slow-sipping ale, enjoy it with salads and Moules-Frites.
