A traditionally brewed full-bodied beer with a distinctive Australian hop bitterness, which follows a slightly sweet front palate. The only remaining example of the Australian primed bitter style which was so popular in the 1940ís and 50ís. This is S.Aís most bitter beer at 25 IBUís (International Bitterness Units) yet presents as an easy drinking well- balanced beer with a broadened palate. Australiaís only gold medal winner at the 2000 Beer World Cup held in New York.
