The Devilís Kriek employed a Flanders Red Ale base prior to the addition of 200 lbs of Bing Cherries from Mattís orchard in Duke Valley. The Devilís Kriek developed a classic Brett character typical of beers in the style and used a mixture of three yeast strains to complete itís mission to provide complexity.
