Shot In The Dark is a fruit lambic that has been blended and matured in a freshly emptied 225 litre French Bordeaux wine barrel that has held Red wine for five seasons.
60kg’s (133 pounds) of blackberries were added to Girardin lambic and left to ferment over the Autumn.
