Dry and medium bodied, made with organic Maine elderberries from Heath Hill Farm.
This mead is complex yet delicate, reminiscent of a Pinot Noir. Nose of cassis, clove and plum with subtle hints of black pepper. Bursting with dark fruit flavor that leads to a long, slightly spicy finish.
