Apple-Wine: An unfiltered cider containing both Heirloom apple-wine base (66%) and classic Colfax base unfiltered apple-wine (33%) and the Heirloom apple-wine has been aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months, and then in oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay wine for 4 weeks.
