Weihnachtsbier
Pronounced "veye-nuchts-beer", German for Christmas bier. A Bavarian seasonal specialty, a strong brew for when the days get shorter and the temperature plummets. Brewed with the first fresh malt and hops of the fall harvest. Dark amber to hazelnut brown in color. 8.5% ABV, the perfect winter belly warmer. Pairs will with winter sweets and Christmas cookies.
