One of the great British styles "Mild" Originally meant a beer that hand’t aged. Today, as its name suggests, mild means lightly hopped and not bitter. Dark Milds get their rich colour from caramel and roasted malts and although relatively low in alcohol, are full in body with a lingering quality.
