PRIMA LUX: high fermentation golden Ale; rich of aromas derived from the use of
fresh hop flowers (a selection of six different types). It gives a continuous
pleasure….to be served with plenty of foam.
Serving temperature 8-10 degrees C.
Alcohol 5.2% vol.
Available in bottles (33cl and 75cl) and kegs inox (5L and 25L) Key Keg (30L).
Food combinations: as appetizer paired with prosciutto, eggs, mayonnaise and shrimps, grilled fish, baked fish( al cartoccio), light meals, vegetable pies, fresh cheese (buffalo mozzarella), farinata, fried veggies, focaccia bread and delicious with mussels marinara.
