Många bryggerier gör öl som har allt högre IBU och alkoholhalt, men vi tycker att det finns andra sätt att visa kreativitet. Slottskällans Zero är en IPA utan teoretisk beska, med ett IBU på noll. Genom att använda stora mängder humle, men bara efter kokets slut, får vi ut den bästa smaken och aromen ur humlen. Visst blir det lite beska också, för formler som beräknar beskan i öl stämmer inte om man gör en extrem produkt.
