The lightest of the bunch, our HefeWeizen is a refreshing and easy-to-drink German-style wheat ale. We brew it with pale 2-row, light crystal, and wheat malts. Two varieties of locally-grown German hops, and a special ale yeast are used to provide the complex flavor for this straw-colored brew.
