Jebus Braggot with Orange & Coriander
A braggot is a style of fermented beverage that is a cross between beer and mead (honey wine). Jebus is light in body, but don’t be deceived by its easy drinking character.
Belgian wit yeast is used in fermentation contributing to the flavors and character; aroma is light fruity with a peppery alcohol character, flavors of orange, coriander, and honey make this one to savor. Unfiltered, it has a light golden-colored hazy glow.
Served in a wine glass.
9.5% ABV.
