An easy drinking medium body lager, with just a tiny hint of roastiness and a noticeable but well-balanced hop presence that’s not overly bitter. An opaque black lager that reveals deep ruby undertones in the light. Munich, Pilsner and Black Malt flavors play off the flowery, spicy notes of Noble German hops. Cold fermentation and conditioning with Bavarian lager yeast assures a clean draught with a dry finish.
