Malts and drinkablity is the name of the game with this beer. Not really a traditional style with a lot of history, so this is as much a free interpretation as anything else, we used 100% British ingredients and our extremely clean ale yeast to allow the rich caramel and roasted malts to shine through. Top that with a light drying bitterness and herbal earthy notes from East Kent Goldings hops and you have a recipe for a very enjoyably March.
