“The King’s Kölsch” A light German styled ale traditionally brewed in the city of Cologne, Germany. This brew has a light, but fruity body with little to no bitterness or hop aroma. Typical to the American Craft Brewing revolution we’ve added a twist to the standard. The addition of fresh Ginger in the brewing process highlights this beer’s subtle and refreshing character. 5.2% ABV and 27 IBUs.
