Cask and bottled. ABV Varies between 11 - 12.8% per batch
We celebrated the brewery’s fifth birthday last week. We decided to celebrate this by making an imperial stout, brewed with maple syrup (well Namaya is a Canuck, eh!) and of course a massive amount of hops. Most of this should be going into bottles, with the odd cask appearing in the usual spots and one or two laid down to age.
