So, this beer is part of our "Magnificent Mullet" series (aka Achy Breaky Big Mistakey; Meerasche). We wanted to celebrate those who have donned one of the great hairdo’s of yesteryear, and what better way than infusing various fruits into a wheaty Berliner-ish thing. This one is "Billy Ray Citrus*" ( a very Wit-y [...] play on words), because we used lots of citrus peels. The flavour is short and wheaty upfront, but long and citrusy at the back.
*In case Billy Ray Cyrus’ lawyers are enjoying this beverage, we would like to point out that Moon Dog has no affiliation with Mr Cyrus whatsoever other than that we love his... err... music.
