High fermentation beer with positive taste evolution by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Handcrafted beer based on natural ingredients: water, malted barley, hop of Poperinge and live yeast. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Store upright in a cool and dark place. Preferably at a constant temperature of 5-7°C/41-45°F. Slowly pour into a clean and dry glass and serve at a temperature of 9-10°C/48-58°F.
