I needed 22 lbs. of coffee for this delicious breakfast beer, and I Have A Bean roasting company of Wheaton, IL. came to my rescue. Lactose is added to kettle to round out the rich roasted flavors in this Stout. Oatmeal is in the mash for added body and silky mouthfeel. Some days, only a beer will do for breakfast, and this is the one for early AM consumption. Think of it as the red bull & vodka of a prior generation.
