Mandarin Dream is a bright and lively Belgian-style saison brewed with ingredients inspired by the Far East. A base of German pilsner and wheat malt blend with flaked rice to create a light base laced with earthiness and coconut. Floral German hops are enhanced by additions of sweet Mandarin orange peel. An addition of Szechuan peppercorns add spicy aromatic nuances.
