Centesima cotta Extraomnes
Paglierino chiarissimo, brillante e con una schiuma abbondante e screziata.
Profumi che rimandano ai due luppoli nobili usati anche in dry hopping:L’arancia dolce per il Cascade e il floreale bianco con un tocco di vegetale piccante del Saaz.
In bocca è molto asciutta grazie allo stakovismo del lievito Saison.
Ritorna in via retrolfattiva l’apporto dato dai luppoli con un finale di erbe amare che vorrebbe ricordare le Saison bevute nell’Hainaut ai primi del ’900.
Extraomnes 100th batch.
The color is very pale straw yellow, bright, with generous head.
The aroma links to the two noble hops used also as dry hopping: sweet orange from the Cascade and white flowers with a touch of tangy herbs from the Saaz.
The mouthfeel is very dry, thanks to the hard work of the Saison yeast.
In the palate the hops appear again, with a final of bitter herbs that reminds of the Saison brewed in Hainaut in the beginning of the 1900’s.
